1. Information We Access

When you authorize Inbox Scout, we use Google's APIs to obtain read-only access to your Gmail data. Specifically, we access:

• Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date).
• Email content (the body of messages) for categorization, offer extraction, and display within the service.

We also collect your Google account email address and related identifiers through the secure OAuth protocol to connect your Gmail account to the service.

We use essential session cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These are required for the service to function and are not used for tracking or advertising.

2. How We Use This Information

We use your Gmail data to provide the Inbox Scout service, which includes:

• Identifying and categorizing your emails by type.
• Extracting and highlighting promotional offer details such as bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and expiration dates.
• Generating trend analytics showing how your promotional email volume changes over time.
• Displaying your emails in an organized, filterable feed.

We use automated systems, including AI, to categorize your emails and extract offer details. This processing applies to your data only — we do not use your email data to train, build, or improve any general-purpose AI or machine learning models.

Gmail data is used exclusively to provide the Inbox Scout service and the features described in this policy.

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not transfer Gmail data to third parties for advertising or data brokering purposes.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Gmail data is stored in our secure database to power Inbox Scout's features, including your email feed, offer details, and trend analytics.
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Recent emails (up to 90 days) are actively indexed. Older emails are archived but remain accessible for trend analysis.
• We retain categorized email metadata for up to 24 months to support trend analytics. Full email content is retained for as long as your account is active.
• When you disconnect your Gmail account, we stop collecting new data. You may request deletion of all previously stored data by contacting privacy@reeledge.com. Upon receiving a deletion request, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing and Transfers

• We do not share Gmail data with third parties except as required by law or to comply with legal processes.
• We use third-party AI processing services to categorize and extract information from emails. These services process data on a per-request basis and do not retain your data.
• Depending on your location, data may be processed and stored on servers located outside of your country. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information in these cases.

5. Your Rights and Control

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete information we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent at any time by revoking access via your Google Account settings or the Inbox Scout Settings page.
• Request deletion of all stored data associated with your account by contacting privacy@reeledge.com.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

6. Compliance with Google Policies

Inbox Scout's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Children's Privacy

Inbox Scout is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@reeledge.com and we will delete that information.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
